#6 Tokneneng and Kwek kwek
Think of the Filipino version of tempura—but with orange batter. Tokneneng and kwek kwek are boiled eggs, which are later on coated with orange-colored batter and deep fried.

The difference between tokneneng and kwek kwek only lies in the kind of egg used. Tokneneng uses boiled chicken eggs, while kwek kwek uses boiled quail eggs. Tokneneng and kwek kwek are both served with—you guessed it—spicy vinegar although some people prefer it with some sweet sauce.
We love taho!
